This form is used by units, committees, and commissions who would like to work with Creative Media on a marketing project. Potential projects include:

- Graphic Design
- Copywriting
- Merch Orders
- Photography & Videography

Funding Request Form
If you have a project for Creative Media that will require any purchasing (printing flyers, ordering T-shirts, etc.), this form must be completed and approved before Creative Media can accept your project. Additionally, funds from Creative Media to support your project can be requested through this form.
Event Promotion Request Form
Would you like help promoting an upcoming event? Use this form to share your event details with Creative Media. Based on your event, we may promote it on our weekly events social media post, the ASUCD website calendar, or the CoHo TV screen!
