Need an Exception?
If your campaign requires features that Loomly cannot process, do not fear! Instead, submit a request with Creative Media and we can post your content on your behalf.
You should always try to update your content so it can be posted through Loomly. However, we understand that some exceptions may be needed.
Use this form below if you need:
- Large Media: Video files larger than 100 MB or images larger than 8 MB (and you have already tried compressing your files).
- Post Sharing: Re-sharing an existing feed post to your Story.
- Heavy Collaborations: Creating a post with more than 3 collaborators.
- Incoming Collaborations: Reviewing and accepting a collab request sent to you by another campus department.
Creative Media will route these exception requests to our secure office devices to handle them manually on your behalf.
